Each project that JMS Construction does is led by one of its two leaders. Each have nearly three decades of extensive construction experience in project management, pre-construction planning and value engineering. Jonathan M. Slikas, President
Jonathan has a Doctorate of Law from Willamette University and a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. Jonathan has been Principal-in-Charge of numerous projects for Pemco Insurance, EvergreenBank, the Woodmark Hotel, 95 Riverside, Wallingford Plaza, and Massage Envy’s, to name just a few.
Garrett H. Mydland, Vice-President
Garrett has a BS degree in Construction Management from Chico State University. Since joining JMS in 1990, He was as a Project Manager before assuming his current position as Vice President in 1998. Garrett has been Principal-in-Charge of numerous projects for MJR Development, Samena Swim Club, Bellevue Children’s Academy, Eastside Harley Davidson, StockPot Soups, and Unigard Insurance, to name just a few.
